Womens Sacred-Dance SessionsStarting Tuesday, January 28th, and continuing every second Tuesday, join us for an evening of sacred movement, connection, and self-discovery for women. Each session will focus on a unique theme, guiding us through an embodied journey to release old tensions and stagnations in our body, souls and minds.

Each evening will include movement, free-flow dance, relaxation with healing frequencies, a sharing circle, and nourishing chai tea. Together, we will dive into themes inspired by the cycles, archetypes, and essence of the feminine experience.

With a solid foundation, we now dive into the shadows—the hidden and unexplored parts of ourselves. Through dance, we will confront the darkness, transforming fear into wisdom and embracing the full spectrum of who we are. This evening is about reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve kept in the shadows.
✨ 11th March: Ignite the Fire Within: Awakening Passion and Power
As we embrace the fullness of ourselves, we awaken the fire within. This session is dedicated to igniting your inner spark—your passions, but also to releasing what no longer serves us to the transformative power of the fire.
✨ 25th March: Flow of Waters
Through the fluid, intuitive energy of the water, we’ll explore our emotional essence, creativity, and sensuality. This session invites us to surrender, flow, and embrace the ever-changing currents of life.
✨ 8th April: Spring: Awakening New Life
Celebrate the renewal of spring and the budding of new possibilities. Together, we’ll dance with the energy of growth and transformation, planting seeds of intention to nurture as the days grow brighter.
✨ 22nd April: Air – Expanding Awareness and Freedom
Step into the element of air, a space of clarity and lightness. This session invites you to breathe deeply into your body, expand your awareness, and embrace your inner freedom, dancing into spaciousness and possibility.
✨ 6th May: Womb: The Source of Creation
Journey into the sacred energy of the womb, the center of creation and deep feminine wisdom. This evening will focus on connecting to our inner source, nurturing our intuition, and reclaiming our creative power.
✨ 20h May: Your Inner Light: Radiance and Gifts
Embody your authentic light and radiance as we explore what makes you unique. This session invites you to honor your gifts and discover what you are here to share with the world.
✨ 3rd June : Celebration of the Summer
Complete the circle with a joyful celebration of all we’ve explored and embodied. This evening is dedicated to integration, gratitude, and honoring our transformations as we step into the fullness of the summer light.
