About this Event
In these circles we invite you to rest in nourishment - focusing on gentle practices that soothe our bodies, minds and spirits, and encourage us to tap into our power of release, renewal and intuitive knowing. Each circle, through guided meditation, we'll work with a Goddess energy that supports the energy of the corresponding moon phase, while the sacred sound vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, vocalization & other resonant instrumentation carry us even deeper into liminal, restorative space.
The yoga portion will begin at 6:00pm - please feel free to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and prepare your nest. The yoga practice will be very gentle & soothing - please bring your mat & be sure to wear your most comfortable clothing to move in. There are blankets and props available to you, and you are welcome to bring anything else that will help you feel comfortable, cozy and supported.
There will be time for reflection, so you might like to bring a journal and something to write or draw with. We will prepare one of our favorite herbal blends to share, and have some time to connect in an intentional way with each other.
