About this Event
The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives - on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher - YOU.
Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you'll gain insight and tools to find inner peace and equip your spiritual toolbox for your journey to self-heal.
FEBRUARY | COMPASSION
In February, we dedicate our Sacred Circle to the theme of Compassion. This month invites participants to delve deep into the transformative power of compassion—both for ourselves and others.
Through gentle yoga, a guided discussion, reflective practices and teachings, we will explore the roots of compassion within the frameworks of yoga and Ayurveda.
We will discover how cultivating compassion can heal emotional wounds, strengthen our connections with others, and promote a greater sense of community and belonging.
