Sacred Circles are containers in which we come together to learn and embody ways of moving, speaking, listening, connecting, and being – with ourselves and each other. It is a place that is blessed and revered. A place where we sit in authenticity and we stand in greatness.

Humans have been gathering in circles for thousands of years. Many call it the archetype of wholeness and divinity. Circles create powerful container that evokes truth, witnessing, and transformation.

We use a combination of pranic healing, breath, movement, play, yoga, various types of rituals, kundalini, and many other forms of embodiment to discover and integrate new blueprints that serve the person we are and the person we are becoming.

No experience whatsoever is needed in anything and all are welcome.

A circle is a place to deeply connect with yourself. It is about your personal evolution and liberation.

It is a dynamic process, each circle has a different rhythm and tone. Our participants have claimed that much of what happens is so euphoric that they become so energized, they have the best night’s rest, and feel so deeply connected to themselves and their purpose.
