Sacred Circle: All Gender Edition is an experiential and educational program for neurocomplex and highly sensitive youth aged 11-14, devoted to fostering nervous system awareness, emotional resiliency, and kinship with their inner selves.
DOES YOUR TEEN EXPERIENCE OR STRUGGLE WITH…
Emotional sensitivity (feeling things deeply and/or having big emotional responses)?
Physical sensitivity (easily affected by bright lights, loud noises, etc.)?
A contemplative nature and/or considerable mental and emotional processing?
Heightened perception and observation skills?
Overwhelm or anxiety?
Difficulty navigating transitions or changes?
If you answered “yes” to any or all of these, Sacred Circle: All Gender Edition is for your child!
IN OUR SIX SESSIONS TOGETHER, PARTICIPANTS WILL:
Co-create a safe and joyful space for authentic connection, personal sharing, and witnessing one another
Learn about the nervous system and its role in emotional responses
Learn about neurocomplexity and high sensitivity through a physiological lens
Learn somatic (body-based) techniques to navigate stressful situations and big feelings in healthy ways
Engage in guided meditation, journaling, group discussion, and activities for introspection
Explore intuition, how to nurture it, and how to build self-trust
Connect with like-minded peers to cultivate friendship and belonging
Be welcomed and celebrated exactly as they are
LOGISTICS:
Wednesdays, every other week, 4:30-6:30pm
Six sessions total
September 24 - December 3, 2025
(9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3 )
Held at a private residence in West Asheville, location details will be sent at the time of registration.
