Often, it is easy to ‘think’ that we ‘know’ and we go about our days within a limited frame based on an incomplete way of ‘knowing.’
But Life and to be alive is a mystery. Constantly unfolding — no two moments are ever exactly the same.
At the center of our chest resides a fabulous and thrumming, beating heart — not only a physical pump for our blood, but a perceiving, sensing, intelligent ally in connecting with the Living Now. As we dance this week, let’s open and awaken into the terrain of our Hearts as we move with each other in community.
