Sacred Circle
We gather in circle as an act of self care, tending, and belonging. We bring our authentic selves, longing, joy, and sorrow. We come together, away from the pressure of our daily lives to create something beautiful - a place where we can come home to ourselves and be held in sisterhood.
Our circle offering:
~An inspired talk weaving aspects of the natural world and our connection as women
~ Guided meditation to awaken your inner wisdom and personal truth
~ Journaling prompts and open heart shares
~ Self care practices, intention setting rituals and song
~ A specially crafted tea blend
~ A space to connect deeply and grow your sisterhood
Circle is not for one type of woman, it is for all women. We gather to know and be known. To give and to receive. Here we all walk together. No matter the differences and experiences in our lives, we find common ground and help to lift each other up through practices of care and intention.

Seating will be on the floor with yoga mats, blankets and bolsters.
Chairs are available as well.
Bring a journal and mug. (optional)
Please arrive promptly. We will have the doors open at 2:20, and we will close them at 2:40. It is important for the integrity of our container that we are able to close the doors and step into ceremony together in a timely manner.
