In this ceremony, we will explore the body as a sacred instrument of liberation. Learning to trust the life force that wants to move through us, as breath, sound, and movement become the medicine. When we soften into the flow, we reclaim our wholeness, our power, and our freedom.We gather in the Sacred Circle to journey deep within, becoming the bridge between Spirit and Earth.
Through honoring Mother Earth, Spirit, and our bodies, we create a space where we can remember who we truly are.
In this evening of ceremony, you will be invited into a weaving of ancient and modern practices: shamanic drumming, breathwork, vocal liberation, prayer, and ritual. To help you release what no longer serves, awaken your voice, and embody your truth.
Together we will create a safe and held space for transformation and deep connection, to yourself, to the circle around you, and further out into the world.
The intention is that you leave feeling more grounded, lighter in your body, with your heart open, and more deeply connected to who you are.
Flow of the evening:
• Opening of the Sacred Space – cleansing, invocation, and intention setting
• Sharing Circle – authentic connection and heart-opening sharing
• Ceremonial Flow – rituals, shamanic drumming, vocal liberation, breathwork, and prayer
• Closing – gratitude, honoring, grounding

A sacred spaceholder & healer weaving Spirit, Body & Earth as her medicine.
With training in breathwork, massage therapy, nervous system regulation, and many years of experience as a ceremonial space-holder, Martina guides you into deep release and reconnection with your soul’s essence.
Her life-view is that life itself is the ceremony, and she strives to create beauty, healing, and purpose in every aspect of life.
