Guided by Sally and CatAn evening of rest, relaxation, restoration and raising your vibration.
We will gather in a circle to be guided in a sacred ceremony using cacao and blue lotus. A beautiful way to connect with self, activating the senses, awakening the chakras and guiding you to a state of tranquility and bliss.
Following the ceremony we will use yoga props to settle into a cozy and comfortable position, softening into space and self using the breath. You will then be lovingly guided on the journey of soulful sounds and energy healing. The sound journey will include various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, an alchemy singing bowl grail, Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, chimes, handpan, flute, drums and more. During the sound journey each attendee receives energy healing, using traditional reiki hand placements, intuitive healing and master symbols. The evening is designed to bring balance into your beautiful being by weaving together sound & energy healing to enhance your wellbeing, vitality & vibration.
