Trance Dance Ritual technique is about exploration of true self within, using blindfold in non-interrupted ecstatic dance/ free body movement session. Together with powerful ceremonial cacao brew and breathing techniques, those are stimulating a 'trance' state that promotes spiritual awakenings, mental clarity, physical stamina and emotional well-being.Trance Dance Ritual was created by Frank Natale and Wilber Alix who drew inspiration from shamanistic rites of indigenous tribes.
Ceremonial cacao is made from amazing super pure, heart opening cacao from Cacao Shaman Keith (https://www.keithscacao.com/) and is brewed with powerful teas, spices, superfood and herbs to enrich the experience and give dancers energy to drop deep into the space within.
It is good to fast or eat light 3-4 hours before the session.
Non-interrupted blindfolded conscious dance inviting for exploration of inner self, closing with live drumming sound journey for integration of experience.
Safe space to reconnect with your true movement, and through this dance to connect with yourself. There is no teaching or instruction during the session. You are your own guide and as a tribe we dance together.
