About Me:
As a dedicated sound healing & cacao practitioner, I am passionate about facilitating transformative experiences through the power of sound and cacao medicine. In my practice, I approach cacao as a sacred and ceremonial experience that invites participants to connect with themselves, each other, and the wisdom of the cacao plant. Through guided meditations, sacred intentions, and soundbath, I create a safe and supportive container for deep healing and spiritual exploration.
My Journey:
My journey into the world of sound healing began 6 years ago when I experienced the profound effects of sound on my own well-being through plant medicine. Inspired by this transformative experience, I embarked on a journey of exploration and learning, delving into various sound healing modalities such as Shamanic drumming, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chanting.

In my practice, I approach sound healing as a holistic modality that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. By working with sound frequencies and vibrations, I aim to facilitate deep relaxation, release energetic blockages, and promote a sense of harmony and balance within the individual.
