The theme of the night is: Restoring and grounding your authentic self with the new year and new moon.

The space is made safe and sacred; You will be guided into a journey into the heart space and emotional body.
How the Ceremony unfolds:
. Shamanic Purification Ritual and Opening of the Directions. Grounding.
. Exercice of getting back your power.
. Launching of your intentions. Intentions are energized. Before the cup of cacao
. You are then guided to journey into the space of the heart and emotional body, using drumming and other sacred sounds, and guided meditation.
. Some energy healing can be shared by the hosts if called to do so (with guest agreement).
. A moment of sharing and integration is reserved, done with respect and non-judgment.
. Closing of the circle

Bring a crystal or another important personal item. And anything to be confortable (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, blindfold or scarf for the eyes, etc.). A few yoga mats and blankets are also available.

Your hosts:
Catherine Jaz is a Reiki Master Teacher and Medical Qigong Instructor. She also practices and teaches Tibetan Healing and Numinous Resonance, including Regression Meditation and Akashic Record Reading.
Debbie Bonspille, our sister from the Mohawk People of Kanesatake, will share elements of native wisdom and take us on a journey with her drum.
Debbie is also a Reiki and EFT Practitioner.
