During this ceremony you will be guided on an insightful journey through Sound Alchemy & Shamanic Journeying; cleansing and clearing any constriction within your mind, body and soul so that you may move forward with more ease & grace. Jessica believes that through the shared container space of ceremony we have the opportunity to energetically support each other and collectively heal together, creating a more harmonious planet and balanced way of being. The Ceremony: We will come together in ceremony, each setting an intention, acknowledging what we’d like to let go of and what we'd like to invite into our lives, in order to align with our soul's purpose. We will enjoy a cup of ceremonial grade cacao; a high vibrational chocolate from Guatemala, which creates a state of euphoria & clarity, setting the stage for a perfect deep guided meditation. Jessica will take you on a shamanic journey, opening up space within your subconscious to receive insights and clarity. She will guide and help you to clear any energetic blockages which may be permitting you from being a pure channel of love, connecting you to your higher divine self. The ceremony will also include various transformational sound elements to help guide you even deeper into your meditation. As we come out of our meditative journey it is highly recommended to journal about any parts of your journey while they are present in your mind. Jessica is a certified Integration coach and can offering her Integration serves to you, post ceremony, shall you need any guidance.
*Please bring a mat to lay on, blanket & pillow/bolster. Blankets & bolsters are provided at the studio, but please bring your own if you feel called to. Wear comfortable clothing. Your body temperature lowers during the journey, so you may get chilly. An eye cover is recommended (eye mask or scarf). For a more personalized cacao experience, you are invited to bring your favorite mug and it is highly advised you eat lightly and avoid caffeine 3-4 hours before the ceremony. You may also want to bring a journal & pen to record any interesting poignant moments of your experience.
What is Ceremonial Cacao? It is 100% pure grade cacao. Planted, farmed & harvested with intention. Cocoa originates in the Amazon and in indigenous societies of Mexico, Central & South America.
