Your breath is the most powerful medicine you can work with, because it is the medicine that
lives within you. Here you will be held in a safe, loving and intentional container as you are
guided on a medicine journey deep within your soul.
In this ceremony you will meet yourself on an intimate level as you access a higher state of
consciousness, bring lost parts of self back the wholeness of your soul, break free of the limiting
beliefs in the mind, restore balance within your being and awaken your inner healer all through
the power of your own breath.
We will be working with The Sacred Breath Method, a holistic, trauma informed conscious
connected breathwork that prioritizes re-establishing safety within the body through nervous
system regulation. Here you are invited to take off your masks, leave all expectations at the door
and be ready to surrender into the expansive mystery living within you. Working with the Sacred
Breath Method will support you in rebalancing the emotional body, healing the pain body and
awakening your soul's highest expression.
All of you is welcome in this space.
The ceremony will be guided by Sydney Foltz. A trauma informed, Sacred Breathwork
Facilitator, Akashic Record Reader, Shamanic Energy Healer, Spiritual Mentor & Medicine
Integration guide. She is a Chicago native who currently lives in The Sacred Valley, Peru where
she hosts medicine retreats, as well as online healing journeys.
She has dedicated the last 5 years to exploring different healing modalities & plant medicines.
She has found the breath to be one of the most powerful tools to work with when it comes to
transformative healing, because it's the medicine that lives within you.
She is excited to bring the magic of this work back to her Chicago community!
