This evening has been intentionally timed with the final week of winter and the Virgo New Moon—a powerful portal for reflection, release, and renewal.
We invite you to join us for a powerful 2.5-hour experience featuring Sacred Breathwork, cacao, and a sound bath savasana.
We will begin with an intention-setting cacao ritual, followed by a deeply nourishing and replenishing breathwork journey. Afterward, you will enjoy a crystal bowl savasana and conclude with a sharing circle to integrate your experience.
Through Sacred Breathwork, we are able to access our deeper layers, subconscious programming, and trapped emotions that are unknowingly stored in our bodies. By connecting to our breath and deeply relaxing our nervous system, these emotions are given space to rise to the surface, to be felt, and to move through our bodies somatically, all within a safe space held by your facilitator.
Participants may have a range of experiences such as, deep relaxation and meditation, emotional release, entering a dream-like state where there are visuals and feeling different sensations in their body or the need to move or make sounds. This is a time for you to deeply relax, receive, and allow anything that no longer serves you to melt away.
What to Expect;
• Exploration of the Sacred Breath Method with demonstration and time for questions.
• Cacao ritual – grounding and setting intentions for the journey.
• Sacred Breath Work for 50-70mins approx.
• Sound bowl savasana
• Integration – A time to journal and process
• Sharing circle
Please note: There are some health conditions that contraindicate conscious connected breathwork. You are not a candidate if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, angina, previous heart attack or stroke, kidney disease, aneurysms, epilepsy, uncontrolled thyroid condition, severe PTSD (with active intrusions), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions. Rochelle is a 400-hour certified trauma informed breath work facilitator and feminine mysteries facilitator and is passionate about spreading the medicine of breath to as many people as possible.
Rochelle’s breath work immersions are held in a sacred, ceremonial container, focusing on nervous system regulation, deep emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing and are held with integrity, softness and reverence. Her sessions include a mix of meditation, sound, breath, movement and ultimately holding space for the breathers to let go and come home to themselves.
