Join Amy Thorson (Nativ Healing) and Terry Milliken (Organic Hypnotherapy) for a 90-min transformational breath and alchemy sound journey!
During this powerful experience, you will be bathed in high vibrational sound frequencies while being gently guided through a parasympathetic breathwork journey designed to help you connect deeply with your higher self and break through personal barriers.
Together, we will use the vehicle of breath to push against the edges of your comfort zone to release stored trauma and stagnant energy that no longer serves you. As we breathe, we shed old layers, allowing you to let go of the past and step into a rewewed state of being.

Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing
Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, and alchemy sound healer. Amy has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.
Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Terry Milliken, Organic Hypnotherapy
Terry Milliken is a seasoned breathwork practitioner who has trained with Sacred Breath Academy and Taoist breathing expert Mantak Chia, among other respected teachers. His breathwork style encompasses a broad spectrum, ranging from shamanic breathwork, which is more active and intense, to gentle parasympathetic breathing that promotes deep healing and relaxation. At the heart of Terry’s practice is the focus on parasympathetic breathwork, which activates the body’s natural restorative system, helping individuals reduce stress, improve their health, and find inner balance.
With a passion for helping people manage life’s stresses, Terry shares breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques with individuals seeking to lead healthier, more peaceful lives. His approach is gentle yet powerful, tailored to meet the needs of each person, whether they are looking to reduce stress, heal, or simply reconnect with their inner selves.
