In this practical and supportive workshop, you’ll reflect on where your energy is being drained, practice kind yet firm ways to say “no,” and explore what wholehearted “yeses” look like when aligned with your values. You’ll leave with tools to help you protect your energy and make choices with confidence.

The Wise, Wild & Well series is a collection of seven in-person workshops designed for women navigating the busy, beautiful, and sometimes messy seasons of life. Each 2.5-hour gathering blends reflection, practical wellbeing tools, and supportive group connection in a warm, welcoming space on the Redlands Coast. You can attend a single workshop, choose a few that speak to you most, or join the full series to experience the unfolding journey from clarity and resilience to joy, compassion, and rest.
