Women Only Retreat
The Sacred Body Awakening is an embodied somatic experience where we come into touch with our divine essence. Our divine essence is our true self, the one that exists without any limitation imposed on it. Through the giving and receiving of of slow intentional sensual touch, the layers of conditioning, such as body shame, self-judgement, self-rejection, and sabotage, are peeled off. As a result, your senses are heightened and there is an opening for freedom and lightness in your body.
This retreat consists of 5 constellations, in which participants both receive and give the practices of the sacred body awakening. The combined touches greatly activate and ignite the aliveness of the body and often transmute long-standing ancestral and sexual trauma and bodily dysfunction.
To further enhance this beautiful somatic experience, calming music is played and activated high frequency oils from Egypt are applied to the body.

During this 3 day workshop one will receive the transmission from the work of Anaiya Sophia, the founder of the Sacred Body Awakening. Together, we will form a safe container of strength, safety, and trust, and this is the key to open the door to a life without limitations.
This workshop is lead by Gizella Turbok, a Sacred Body Awakening Facilitator & Energy Healer and Certificate of Science Theta Helaing Instructor. This workshop is assisted by Krisztina Rotondaro and Rachel Novetsky.
Pre-registration is required and this retreat is limited to 9 women.
