Welcome home to your natural rhythm! Become entrained through the beat of the drum and community love.
Through four dynamic drumming rounds—we will journey together, allowing the beats to ground us, uplift us, and open pathways for healing. Between rounds, we will share insights and experiences, deepening our collective bond.
We encourage you to bring your own drum if you have one, though additional drums will be available for those who need them. (we got you!)
Whether you are new to drumming or a seasoned practitioner, Sacred Beats offers a space for connection, healing, and spiritual insight.
