About the Artists:
Peace Sine is a music producer seeking to raise vibrations through soundscapes. A goal of the project is to bring people together through music and dance, creating an environment that results in Love and Peace.
Peace Sine began his musical journey in the eastern United States. After moving to California and feeling inspired by nature, the sound of the project was able to fully transform into what we know it as today.
One of his wishes is to connect his audience to their inner bliss through his orchestration of textures, rhythms, and sound design. He hopes to inspire others to express themselves individually and collaboratively through all art forms.
Māh Ze Tār is propelled by the vision of fusing traditional eastern music with modern electronic composition as a form of cultural preservation. Each Māh Ze Tār set is uniquely dynamic- The listener can expect to hear the ancient sounds of the Sitar and Oud in one song and the timeless melodies of the Ney and Duduk in the next, bringing a kaleidoscope of emotions through the wide plethora of ancient sounds, mesmerizing vocals, and hypnotic beats. 🎶
The sounds of distant lands are served on a platter of familiar body moving bass lines and thumping grooves. Māh Ze Tār was a performing member of Balkan Bump (2021-2024) and has had significant musical collaborations with Desert Dwellers, David Starfire, Jef Stott, Morillo, Akriza, Nyrus, Adham Shaikh, and many others.
Dros is a fusion project by Alexander Karvelas that breathes futurity into tradition. Alexander specializes in traditional Greek music, while also drawing on over fifteen years of disciplined study of Middle Eastern and North Indian traditions, drawing out their points of historical and aesthetic convergence and building musical-cultural bridges across time, space, and memory.
A strong synergy of tradition and imagination makes Dros equally at home in the worlds of global bass, downtempo and ecstatic dance music, as well as traditional acoustic performance settings. Across all of these diverse spaces the mission is the same; to move people’s bodies, hearts and spirits with the creative force of these musical traditions.
