I have always been a dancer. At 4 years old I started Ballet and auditioned for The Royal Ballet at 11! I went on to study Dance and became a Teacher and Development Officer for Dance in the community. In my 40s I was the Dance Director was Samba Tawe.To me Dance is freedom, a gateway to feeling. I don’t dance to be seen or perform I dance to feel alive. Every movement of my body takes me deeper into consciousness. I feel a primal and ancient response to connect deeper and deeper. I flow effortlessly and the rhythm in my body grows stronger. My pulse , my heartbeat , my breath all seamlessly intertwined to reveal my most authentic and beautiful expression.
Over the past 16 years I have also found this freedom through my Yoga practice. The breath leads me into higher states of consciousness and the movement unlocks and transforms the pathway of the energy flow to reach the highest states of awareness.
Now my desire is to bring together all my incredible teachings to deliver a movement class that combines Dance, Yoga, Spirituality, Awakened Femininity, Sacred Remembrance and Divine Empowerment.
Over the six weeks I will create a safe and exploratory space that will guide you, through these beautiful practices, to feel and unlock your greatest potential.

We are going to smash up and uncreate any limiting beliefs that your body is not good enough to move. We will build a deep and loving connection to your scared and magnificent vessel(body) and unleash your potential to become your most powerful, and successful self on all levels!!!
Week 1 - Rooted A sealing of the space and grounding of our energies both individually and as a group.
Week 2 - Flow An awakening of your most innate connection your sensual feminine energy -Shakti
Week 3 -Power A reclamation of your own energy and how we can resource light/fire/Agni to build strength , purpose and resilience. To put the spark back in our lives.
Week 4 Communion An integration of the bodies wisdom meets the heart and soul and expands into divine communion.

Week 6 SACRED ALCHEMY We dance to the rhythm of our Soul in deep connection and reverence for the female body and hearts.
