In this Sacral Chakra Workshop at The Woodstock Yoga Lounge (Sat, Nov 8 • 12–2 PM), we’ll begin with fluid movement to reconnect you to your body, your emotions, and your inner rhythm.
After we move, we’ll shift into a grounded, heart-centered discussion—an open space to listen, reflect, and be gently witnessed—as we explore the three energetic states of the sacral chakra.
Please bring a journal and a pen for the reflections that unfold.
