Chakra balancing meditation, focusing our attention at the Sacral Chakra. The second of the seven main chakras. This workshop is for anyone needing an energetic tune up. Here is a chance to slow down, ground and tune into yourself. Reiki will be provided to help assist in your bodies, natural healing process, physically mentally and emotionally. This meditation will help ignite your creativity and pleasure. We will begin with a couple yoga poses for this energy center. Then settle into Savasana for the rest of the journey.
Please bring water and were comfy clothes with socks, please.
Blankets and bolsters will be provided, but any extra support you may want you can bring.
Meet your instructor Lindsey:
My Yoga journey began in 2005 when I took my first yoga class and knew that this was made for me. My background is in gymnastics and ballet, so this just felt natural for my body . I immediately starting learning and teaching . I received certification training through YogaFit and Yoga renew and currently enrolled in a 300 hour YTT program. Teaching yoga for the for all these years has been such a blessing. I am certified in Reiki II and Chakra Healing . This has given me more insight into the magic we all have inside of us. I currently live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband , three amazing children and two dogs. I truly feel that if we breathe and move with intention of our highest good we can make the changes in our own life, and in the world that we need. My Journey honors your Journey.
