🎤 Keynote Speaker: Rashmi Prakash
Rashmi Prakash is the CEO and founder of Aruna Revolution, an award-winning fibertech company transforming sustainable materials innovation. With a background in biomedical engineering and business leadership, Rashmi has successfully raised investment, scaled operations, and gained national recognition, including a feature on Dragons’ Den. She has been invited to speak at international conferences on entrepreneurship, innovation, and environmental impact. Driven by the belief that business can be a force for good, Rashmi is building a company that advances human health, environmental sustainability, and economic opportunity—proving that purpose and profit can thrive together.

Sackville’s own Jayson Baxter brings 30 years of broadcast experience as a former host and producer of CTV News at 5 in the Maritimes. A recipient of the RTDNA Canada Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024, Jayson is passionate about storytelling and building bridges between people and communities.
