Runners Lift + Injury Prevention & Social
Come join us at 610 Queen St W (Bang Personal Training) for a special event tailored for runners! Whether you're experienced with lifting or just getting started. This event is meant to introduce various strength movements, to help complement all the running. Session will be followed by a runners injury prevention talk by Omid Ebrahimi (run coach & physiotherapist), then coffee and social to end it off!
