Guided by Sabrine founder of Sabou Dance Academy we will explore how we are feeling and bring the focus back to your "why" - making room to set realistic and achievable ways to move into this new year. Pushing past social norms of hard resolutions by connecting to our own rhythms and ways of being.
Expect incredibly fun and energizing afro dancing a bit of journaling lots of delicious healthy snacks and the opportunity to meet like-minded women - all set in a beautiful light-filled venue in the heart of Amsterdam.
About Sabrine: My name is Sabrine and I’m a certified Dance Coach and founder of the Sabou Dance Academy a dance coaching company focused on helping women who are disconnected from their bodies and struggling with expressing who they are step away from being fearful self-conscious and insecure by providing the tools mindset and safe space they need to use their fears as fuel and motivation to find own and express their voice so they can live a life of purpose fulfilment and alignment.
