Sabor 'Til Sundown: A Latin Takeover on Yewers Street with
Prouldy a part of 2025 Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, "Sabor 'til Sundown" is not just any event – it’s a full-on Latin block party right in the heart of Footscray!
For $80 per person, we’re serving up an afternoon filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a lively atmosphere that celebrates everything Latin American and the cultural richness of Melbourne’s west.

* Start your Latin adventure with one of our smashingly good Venezuelan/Colombian dishes – choose between a hearty Arepa (vegetarian and vegan options available) or a serving of Tequeños (cheese-filled, fried to perfection) upon arrival.
* Feast at the Fiesta Fresh Salad Bar, featuring a vibrant selection of fresh, seasonal salads, perfect to complement the dishes.
* Enjoy three servings from our Sangria fountain, and if you’re thirsty for more, additional drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day.

2/ An Invitation to Get Down and Saucy with & the:
The energetic activation with Aprieta & the New Flower Sound System bring the lively streets of Latin America straight to Footscray. Expect live music, dancing, and an interactive experience that’ll get you moving to the beats of a true Latin block party!
3/ Access to an Exclusive Arepa-Making Workshop with Reveka Hurtado - Owner of Papelón (limited spots available):
Join the exclusive hands-on arepa-making workshop with Reveka Hurtado - the owner of Papelón, where you’ll learn the art of crafting this much-loved Latin American dish. It’s a unique, engaging experience that’ll leave you with a new skill and some tasty arepas to show off.
* In addition to the sangria, a full bar will be available, featuring a variety of drink options including our crowd-favorite coconut margaritas, along with Latin-American inspired cocktails such as Cantaritos and Mezcalitas, plus selections from the eclectic mix of venues at 4 Yewers Street.
Sabor 'til Sundown is an accessible, 18+ only event.
