Leave the bustle of Christmas outside for a while and join me as I create a comforting and sacred space to come and be held in a nourishing meditation and restorative sound bath.
Working with the current energies and my own intuition I will guide you in a meditation designed to help you reflect on the year gone by and help you to relax and let go. Through my voice, gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and other sound healing instruments I will guide you into a sense of deep peace and serenity, allowing your soul and body to rest, bringing a sense of renewal and harmony.
We will end with a seasonal herbal tea, mince pie and gift bag to take home.
Yoga mats will be provided, please bring water, a blanket, a cushion and anything else you need for your comfort. Chairs can be provided on request.
