Join this special and let sound soothe body & soul into a state of bliss and surrender: With a guided landing we bring the room into resonance first with a meditation using our voices. Together we create an ocean of vibrations. Releasing the day and bringing the nervous system into balance - singing and sounding together. All voices are welcome. After this landing we go on sound journey using Crystal Sound Bowls and chimes. I invite you to get comfortable, lay down (you can bring a yoga mat, blankets and bolsters), let go of the mind and listen with the whole body. Allowing the soul to reconnect with its source and take place within.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Mollie Maluna: "I grew up immersed in music and spirituality, yet never really finding my instrument. 6 years ago I discovered the Crystal Singing Bowls and it felt like coming home. Since then I have studied Vocal Sound Therapy with Githa Ben-David, hosting events and 1:1 sessions using The Note From Heaven combined with Crystal Bowl Sound Journeys. For the past 1,5 year I have been hosting daily sound sessions for kids with special needs at the school where I currently teach. It amazes me how sound can bring us together and vibrate us into wholeness. I aim to create spaces of soft transformation and portals of mystical experiences."
