DANS SLOW gives an opportunity to invite in a state of meditation while moving, slowing down and pausing. It allows you to listen to your breath and sense what it wants to move from moment to moment – not doing movements but being moved. We will investigate our inner state as well the connection between us when we slow down. Every Class will involve simple elements connection practices as an opportunity for our Oxytocin level to rise.YOUR TEACHER THIS EVENING is RIKKE LIBAK. Rikke is the beating pulse of Copenhagen's free form dance scene and a ritual play facilitator.
THE EXPERIENCE TAKES PLACE in Rört's studio on Vermundsgade 13. You can join either in studio 1 for the live class or in Studio 2 where the class will be livestreamed.
