                    In our modern society, most of us experience moments of feeling stressed or overwhelmed by everything we need to get done in a day, a week, or a month. In the body, this manifests as an overworked nervous system, often showing up through muscle tension and faster breathing — which, in fact, only worsens the state of stress in the body.In this class, we’ll work on calming both body and mind. You’ll learn specific tools to regulate your nervous system through the body, using techniques such as breathing, tapping and toning. This is a conscious practice that engages different parts of the body connected to your nervous system. We’ll end with a soothing sound bath that invites deep relaxation and peace for body, mind, and soul.
