Join artist and founder Daniel Montoute for RŌSTRUM REFRAMED, a one night pop up installation and a strategic experiment in connecting art directly with new audiences. Building on his acclaimed Rōstrum series, this event explores how large scale paintings on displacement and resilience function within a nontraditional context, testing the intersection of fine art and community wellness.
Guests will experience a unique installation of recent and new works, hear Montoute discuss the strategy and story behind the series in a live artist talk, and engage in an intimate reception. The evening will feature a live acoustic performance by Kansas City musician Tirzah DeMeire.
This event is presented in collaboration with our valued community partner, Celeste Aguirre, who has generously opened her space at My Massage Studios for this exploration. A portion of all art sales will directly benefit our civic partner, reStart Inc.
