The Rotary Club of Sussex is thrilled to once again host The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) for district 7815. RYLA provides leadership training and networking opportunities to expand and hone youth leadershipand teamwork skills.
Participants will receive a certificate for completing the "iChoose" leadership values program gifted to youth by Dr. John C. Maxwell to help build more leaders with the goal of helping teenagers learn leadership values and teaching them how to apply them to their own lives from leadership expert John C. Maxwell.
These values are recognized by some of the largest and most successful companies in the world. iChoose was designed to provide students with an environment for leadership values to be introduced, practiced, and shared.
