Our Goal is to make gymnastics fitness training accessable, achievable and EXCITING!
Our programming and workshops have been proven to deliver results. Whether your goal is getting your first pull-up or stringing together muscle-ups we will give you the tools to make it possible.

Saturday
8:00am-11:00pm: Fundamentals Seminar
12:00pm-3:00pm: Bar Muscle-Up Seminar
4:00pm-7:00pm: Ring Muscle-up Seminar
Prerequisites:
Fundamentals: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels
Bar/Ring Muscle-Up: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips, basic kipping pull-up/C2B ability.
