Y’all ready to practice + play outside again?! 😃
Mother Nature Earth happily assists us in our healing + soul nourishing practices 🌻
Last year, we started late in the season, but the community response was amazing, so it would be a joy to meet, release, relax and build community connection with you all again this year!
🌞We are starting May 4th @ 5:55pm weather permitting.
🪷Why 5:55? In Numerology, 5 is the number of change, transformation, transmutation, release, freedom, alignment to a new path, good luck and personal growth✨
🧘🏾🕺🏻🎵We will be utilizing a harmonious medley of yoga postures + mindfulness practices, embodied movement + dance, guided meditation, sound therapy and the support of each others presence to help reset and realign our body mind and spirit for the month ahead.
🧘🏾This is a beginner friendly / all levels class. There will be something for everyone to both invite in ease and challenge you to venture outside your self imposed limitations! We’re moving slow tho! Don’t come expecting a fast paced “workout”. That’s not what this is. Transformation requires concentration, moving deliberately and patience.
💐Bring your friends, your man, your wife, your momma and the kids! (OR get away from them all for a few if that’s what you need!!) This is an intergenerational healing / growing space. Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, water, a journal, or anything else you may need to offer yourself the most ease during your meditative yoga practice and Sound Bath😌✨

El año pasado, comenzamos tarde en la temporada, ¡pero la respuesta de la comunidad fue increíble! ¡Así que sería una dicha reunirnos, liberarnos, relajarnos y construir conexiones comunitarias con todos ustedes otra vez este año!

🧘🏾🕺🏻🎵Vamos a utilizar una mezcla armoniosa de posturas de yoga + prácticas de atención plena, movimiento corporal + baile, meditación guiada, terapia de sonido y el apoyo de la presencia de todos para ayudar a reiniciar y realinear nuestro cuerpo, mente y espíritu para el mes que viene.
🧘🏾Esta es una clase pa' principiantes / tós los niveles. ¡Habrá algo pa' que tós puedan sentir tranquilidad y también retarse a salir de sus limitaciones autoimpuestas! ¡Pero vamos lentito, ah! No vengas esperando un "entrenamiento" rápido. Eso no es lo que esto es. La transformación requiere concentración, moverse con intención y paciencia.
💐¡Trae a tus panas, a tu hombre, a tu mujer, a tu mai y a los nenes! (¡O escápate de todos ellos un ratico si eso es lo que necesitas!) Este es un espacio de sanación/crecimiento intergeneracional. Trae un tapete de yoga y/o una manta, almohada, agua, un diario, o cualquier otra cosa que puedas necesitar para ofrecerte la mayor comodidad durante tu práctica de yoga meditativo y baño de sonido😌✨
