Route: Nuvali Blvd. median path [gravel]
Start time: 5am near 7eleven, Solenad 1
1 lap ~ 13kms
Run at your own pace
*We’ll have Station near 7eleven, just bring your own nutrition and food preference and will be stationed there (Self Support)

Leg 2: 3h / 5h
✅Pre requisite run:
atleast 15k (for 3h participants)
atleast 25k (for 5h participants)
for the past 4 weeks prior to event.
Mandatory requirements:
1. Hydration Container (bottle, flask, bladders) atleast 1L, higher if you can’t finish 13k under 2 hours.
2. Gels and Snacks more than enough for your time.
3. Electrolytes more than enough for your time, you can leave your reserve sa station natin.

4. Cellphone with load and Valid ID
5. Yourself well prepared
Recommended:
1. Sun protection (cap, sun screen, etc)
2. Blinkers
3. Hydration vest
Note:
1. Max lap: 2 for 3h, 3 for 5h
2. You’re only allowed to attempt your last lap if you still have 1hr remaining.
If less than 60mins., you can spend your remaining time around the lake.
3. It’s OK not to finish your last lap (FULL) but you need to U-turn @ halfway of your remaining time.
e.g. You still have 70mins remaining at the start of your last lap, you can attempt but U-turn at 35th minute mark based on your own watch/phone.
4. Your hydration & nutrition must be FULL before leaving the Station.
5. Support crew at the Station will monitor the status of all participants.
6. You need to share your cp# to our support crew prior to run.
7. Please don’t come if you’re NOT ready.
