This can also be done as a relay (limited spaces for relay teams).
This involves a 400m pool swim, 24km bike ride to Denbigh and a 5km run on quiet lanes outside Ruthin. This is NOT a closed road event. Adult entries capped to 80 so please enter early to avoid disappointment (and get an early bird discount ;-))
