This year marks our fourth and biggest yet Christmas market with approximately 200 stalls over 6 venues along with bell ringing from the St. Peter's Church Bellringers to open the market at 10am and various amazing choirs and singers in the day there is also Ruthin Panto Society & a free Santa (this MUST be booked in advance via our website www.artisanmarkets.wales under upcoming events).
The Ruthin Christmas Extravaganza is a festive event held in Ruthin Wales during the last Saturday in November. It typically features a range of activities and attractions such as market stalls ranging from food and drink to arts and crafts live entertainment carol singing and a visit to Santa Claus. The extravaganza aims to bring the community together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and create a magical atmosphere for all attendees. It is a popular event that attracts locals and visitors alike to enjoy the festive cheer and seasonal delights.
There is a free park and ride bus laid on that runs on a loop collecting from the local estates and car parks and the main bus stop to try and reduce reliance on vehicles/driving into town and to make things easier!
Locations include: Nantclwyd y Dre, Ruthin Gaol, Ruthin Market Hall, St. Peter's Square and Ruthin Town Hall. Santa will be in The Old Courthouse and is strictly prebooked ticket only.
NB: The event is in Ruthin, not Mold this website only allows Mold to be allocated as the "city" and not Ruthin.
