All 5k running events require runners to be aged 11+Bespoke events have selected quality running routes, good accessibility and stunning backdrops. We pledge to do the simple things well; extremely well. A way-marked and measured 5K route, free parking, with superb event centre facilities and of course, some truly inspiring running.
The Start line for this race is a 5 minute walk from the Finish.
Please note that headphones are not allowed during this events, this is a new rule from Welsh Athletics. Should anyone not comply to this rule they will be disqualified
