The San Diego Lotus Club (SDLC) is proud to host its inaugural Ruta Ligera Tour, Thursday 6 November thru Sunday 9 November 2025. The Ruta Ligera, the Light Route, combines our love of Lotus light weight and nimble handling with central coast California’s light bodied wines and seemingly endless sunshine. We own Lotus cars because they are fun to drive. And there are few places anywhere better to enjoy driving them than right here in California. We have mountains, the Pacific coast and unmatched scenery. What’s not to love?We're excited to have all of the GGLC chapters participate and we've created starting points and routes for the northern and the southern clubs.
Besides the joy of driving and the chance to make new friends each entrant receives a route book, a Ruta Ligera Tour T-Shirt, an event sticker package. The entry fee does not include any food, beverages or lodging. All entrants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations. Once you enter you will receive lodging information and additional tour details. Entries made after 30 September may not receive a full swag package due to the time required for processing. Registration closes October 6th.
The tour group size is limited to the first 20 cars that register.

Entry Fee: Before 15 September $200, $250 after. Guest is $60, $75 after. Reservations will be made via Motorsportreg. Entry fee is per car and includes 1 set of swag (route book, t-shirt, etc).
