In the short days of winter, embrace the darkness by tapping into your creative spirit at our workshop, “Rust, Ink and Bone.” This unique session invites you to explore the beauty of still life drawing, focusing on the textures of bones, rusty objects, and other intriguing materials that reflect the season. We’ll dive into mixed media techniques, utilizing various inks and materials to bring your compositions to paper - whether you wish to create a figurative or abstract drawing.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make their own iron oxide (rust) ink to use, and can also bring items they already have to incorporate into their artwork.
