Join us for a hands-on Kombucha Workshop and dive into the fascinating world of this probiotic-rich, gut-friendly drink. You’ll learn the step-by-step process of brewing kombucha — from caring for your SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to experimenting with delicious flavour infusions. We’ll also explore the science behind achieving that perfect balance of fizz, tang, and sweetness.
The workshop will take place in the stunning Oak Studios at Hatfield House, a creative and inspiring space set within the beautiful historic estate. It’s the perfect setting to connect, create, and explore the art of fermentation together.
You’ll leave with not only the knowledge and confidence to continue brewing kombucha at home, but also your own starter kit to keep the magic bubbling long after the workshop ends.
