Benny Hurwitz – National Brand Ambassador, Wild Turkey

Benny Hurwitz brings a wealth of whiskey expertise as the National Brand Ambassador for Wild Turkey. Prior to joining Wild Turkey, Benny was the Head Bartender at the esteemed Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington D.C., known for its extensive collection of over 2,700 global whiskies. His innovative approach to cocktails and deep knowledge of bourbon have been featured in Tasting Table, Chilled Magazine, DCist, VH1, and Wine & Spirits.

Benny's passion for bourbon started in his hometown of D.C., where he worked alongside some of the industry's best, developing dynamic bar programs and pioneering new whiskey cocktails. His first encounter with Wild Turkey's legendary Master Distiller, Jimmy Russell, cemented his connection with the brand and its rich heritage. Today, he plays a key role in educating audiences about the Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve portfolios, sharing his deep appreciation for bourbon culture.

When he's not traveling for whiskey education, Benny enjoys sipping Wild Turkey Bourbon or Russell’s Reserve neat and crafting expertly balanced Boulevardiers featuring Russell’s Reserve 10-Year Bourbon, Campari, and Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth.
