About Your Teacher:
Mandy Elizabeth is an internationally celebrated yoga and meditation teacher known for her authentic experiential teachings and mindful approach to life. Over 14 years of practice, and 12 years of teaching, Mandy has dedicated her life to the journey of self-awareness, sharing the path of empowered living and helping others come back home to joy. You may find her in Bali leading Yoga Teacher Trainings alongside her teachers or in Canada offering retreats and classes to connect to contentment, and personal truth.
Mandy lives in Bali with her fiance and continues her studies with her teachers. As a full-time yogic practitioner, Mandy has completed 2000+ hours of certified training, over 10,000 teaching hours, and countless hours of personal practice.
