Run to Conquer Cancer!Join us to run the Runtastic TIMP Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, or Kid’s Run while enjoying the sights of beautiful American Fork Canyon.
The morning begins early for Half Marathoner with a reverent “Light the Night” tribute to all of the cancer fighters and survivors. Before the start, an live electric guitar rendition of the National Anthem will be performed to the backdrop of a stunning sunrise at Tibble Fork Reservoir.
The TIMP Half Marathon course has all of the elements — Beautiful, Fast, and Fun! While running down the canyon you will experience the cool mountain air as the natural beauty of the canyon surrounds you.
All of our race distances — including the fast 10K, 5K, and Kid's Run — end together at the spacious Art Dye Park in American Fork.
The last mile of each race's course is our Memory Mile, dedicated to those who have fought or are fighting cancer. To honor your loved ones and their conquering spirit, we invite you to submit their photo, name, and memory to be displayed on a sign for all the runners to be inspired by on their way to the finish line: https://runtasticevents.com/races/timp-half/memory-mile/
If you are running this race in honor of a cancer warrior in your life, you can order a "Proxy Medal" to give to them after your race when completing your registration. You can pick up the extra medal(s) at our blue Runtastic Info tent at the race.
