Join us every Tuesday evening at 18:30 for our weekly running sessions, starting from LTH Kårhuset. Whether you're an experienced runner or new to the sport, our sessions offer an opportunity to improve your fitness, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with other science students.Each week, we alternate between interval training and distance running. One week we do intervals at Sölvegatan designed to boost speed and stamina, whilst the following week we have a steady 5k run, perfect for building endurance.
