Timed perfectly to coincide with New Year Couch to 5km runners 🏃♀️ This will be our first in person meet up of the #RunningMums and we’ll make a plan to go for Brunch afterwards.
This run will have Mum Runners of all abilities from ‘haven’t actually started yet’ to race runners and everything in between ❤️
This event is a goal to work towards for everyone who’s been putting it off and - ‘going to start next week’
We can have check ins within the #RunningMums WhatsApp and attempt what we can on #5kThursdays
With baby (in pram 😊) or without baby, walk, jog or run, the goal is to do it 💪
