Welcome to the RUNNING FOR A TRIATHLON event! 💪🏻🏃♂️
Lace-up your running shoes and get ready for an exciting clinic.
Join us on Wednesday, February 26th at 5:30 PM at Ken Combs Running Store.
This in-person event will teach you:
-The fitting process for proper shoes, socks, and apparel to help you perform your best during your triathlon. ✅
-We’ll provide you with tips on how to train, great places around town to run, and even some safety tips! ✅
-KCRS staff will talk about the ins and outs of what types of shoes are best for different types of workouts and racing, and why it matters along with the importance of making sure that your shoes fit correctly. ✅
-We’ll also dive into why socks matter and what you can do to help protect your feet. When we finish the workshop you’ll know all about what will work best for you and why and be ready to hit the pavement to perform your best on race day. ✅
Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or a beginner looking for a fun challenge, this event is perfect for you.
