7:00am - Check-in

7:15am - Warm Up

7:30am - Walkers depart (15 minute per mile +)

7:37am - Joggers depart (12 - 10 minute per mile pace)

7:40am - Runners depart (9 minute per mile or faster pace)

8:30am - Cool-Down and Kickback
