Running Buddies Time Trials loading.It’s the 1st Wednesday of the month and that means BRAAI NIGHT!
Routes are well marked and ready. Join us this Wednesday Evening at the Randburg Bowls Club for our weekly Time Trial run at 17:30. We are lighting the fires for a braai and some fun after the run, so bring the family and little ones. Please join us as we remind ourselves what running is all about – *Family and friends* .
